  I would say this building is THE best building in Polanco/Plaza Carson area. It’s very new; amenities are great.

The only inconvenience is the access. The host required... read more to visit the building administration office to register fingerprint. But the office only opens during weekday business hours. And the hours are NOT reliable!

The host was very response that they gave me an access card afterward. But it’ll be better if an access card is provided upon checkin.

La ubicación fue... read more muy buena, no sólo porque estaba muy cerca de mis oficinas, sino también por que a pesar de lo caótico que suele ser la ciudad, la zona era tranquila y muy buena para pasear a mis perros.

Sólo tuvimos un incoveniente con el código de la cerradura que venció antes de las 12:00 y provocó que mi pareja se quedara afuera, y a pesar de que Shaina nos resolvió en minutos, nos hubiera gustado evitar la situación. De igual forma, me hubiera gustado contar con 2 tarjetas para llevarme una yo, y dejarle una a mi pareja para cuando tenía que salir por el trabajo.

En general lo recomiendo mucho, sin duda la mejor relación calidad-precio de la zona.

  It was our first time in Mexico City and this Airbnb was perfect for us. It is located in a very nice area of Palanco, we felt really safe the... read more entire time we were there, we had several shops restaurants and museums within walking distance, City Market is literally a minute walk, and it has everything you can possibly need.

The apartment itself is small but cozy, very clean, good view, and all the appliances are new and in great condition, we particularly liked the great natural light you get.

The gym and heated pool were also a great bonus, they are maintained daily always nice and clean!
The only very small issue we ran into was the TV however we called Jose and Cecilia and they were able to help us immediately, any question or request we made was promptly answered, they were both great host and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Me encantó el departamento y es apto para 1 o 2 personas en estancias cortas y de mediano plazo.
El gimnasio del edificio me parece EL MEJOR de los que he visto. La alberca es bonita también aunque no la utilicé.
La seguridad es buena y todos son muy amigables.
Sin duda regresaría!
